    INVESTMENT CASE

Because in Sri Lanka Graphiterz is found in veins with grades of 90 to 99%, while in the rest of the world to prevail on average 10 to 20% graphite content.

This means First Graphite should not invest millions in a treatment plant. When the Graphiterz is fetched from the floor, drops most, a sorting of the material, which can initially be carried out at low cost by hand.

Only at a later increase in production is expected to a mechanized process are necessary.

This is an enormous cost advantage over other graphite producers who need to concentrate while First Graphite so-called DSO (Direct Shipping Ore) - ie material that can be delivered almost without further processing - produced.

And consumers are willing to pay for this ultrapure material be significantly higher, as was observed in the past few years already.

First Graphite therefore wants to go this year in production. you want over a period of 18 to 24 months on the Aluketiya project, which already has a mining license, and take the Warakopola project up to 20 wells in operation.

There First Graphite has been demonstrated with drilling levels of up to 99.2 and 99.3% total carbon graphite.

Cost of which is estimated at $ 150,000 per location and First Graphite has already selected 12 wells that you want in 2015 and 2016 full production.

The financial resources are available to a survey conducted recently capital increase of 4 million dollars.

First Graphite Limited - FGR will provide graphs for functional testing and research purposes

February 10, 2016. As previously announced intention First Graphite Limited (ASX: FGR) to provide, the originating from test work from the University of Adelaide graphs industry participants for testing samples.  The company aims it out in the future to include more business agreements.

Thus are First Graphite Limited announced that the company established with two separate in Europe and South Asia parties has concluded agreements.  According to this agreement will FGR graphene samples prepared from high grade Sri lankischem graphite, provide for functional testing.

Although the conditions of this agreement currently relate only to the confidentiality requirements with regard to the work and possible developed intellectual property, confirmed FGR that the company will keep the market of any other agreements or other essential information after receiving the results of this test work to date.

As announced on January 11, 2016 confirmed FGR that according to the initial, conducted by the University of Adelaide test the quality of the graphs produced from Sri Lankan graphite was outstanding and comparable to the quality of graphs is produced synthetically.

About First Graphite Ltd. (ASX: FGR)

First Graphite is aimed at developing an underground mine to reduce high grade crystalline graphite transition, which occurs uniquely in Sri Lanka.  Since owns the exclusive rights for exploration licenses covering approximately a 6,300-hectare area with historic mining trails throughout the license screen.

    About graph

Graphs which adequately publicized and now famous two-dimensional carbon allotrope is as diverse as any other discovered as a material on the earth material.  Its amazing features as the lightest and strongest material in relation to its ability heat and electricity better than any other means to direct material that it can be integrated into a large number of applications.

Initially it means that graphene to improve the performance and efficiency of current materials and substances used, but in the future there will also be developed in conjunction with other two-dimensional crystals to produce some even more astonishing compounds in an even wider range of applications be fit.

One area of research that is being studied very intensively, is the storage of energy.  Currently, scientists to improve the storage capacity of lithium-ion batteries (by inserting graphene as an anode) to provide much larger storage capacities with much longer life and charging times.

The graph is also studied and developed in order to find in the production of supercapacitors application that can be charged very quickly and also can store a large amount of current.

    Nature of the transition graphite

The graphite deposit model for Sri Lanka is best described from bottom to top: In the metamorphic sediments expansion cracks formed by the folding of the sediments.

This resulted in the formation of feed channels for hydrothermal deposition of qualitatively very high-quality gear graphite.  By breaking down in the past, it is known that the thickness and the quality level of these transitions increase with depth.  The graphite transitions generally fall steep 70 degrees to almost perpendicularly.

This enables the reduction in the transitional mining method, similar to that method, which is used in the breakdown of rich gold deposits. The method generally used is the stoping, whereby the high grade transitional graphite is mined and transported to the surface without contamination.

The Graphitsalband, the contact with the adjacent gangue is transported to the surface and poured for enrichment stockpiled.  The remaining tailings used for backfilling of the stope.

Due to the nature of the transition graphite transition widths of approximately 25 cm are expected to be promoted by applying the transitional mining process economically in underground mining.

Some interesting food for thought here I think regarding FGR - I deduce many more people are going to be coming over from Flake and these provide some interesting Data Points...

    What do you think?

    Kind Regards
