The trading halt would be because the company now has the results of the PFS (it's compiled by third parties) and because they know something that the market deems to be material to the value of the company they are obliged to release or halt trading UNTIL it can be released. I would say they want to have a final look over it before it's released to make sure they're all over it for the (Hopefully) rush of interest we get once it's released
