The reason they haven't disclosed any details of MOU's up to now is surely confidentiality agreements with the contracting companies. It's too early for them to show their hands given the pre-PFS stage we're at for competitive reasons (and it wouldn't benefit PLS having any agreements in place before the full commercial value of the mine is known). It will happen when the time is right, and I for one wouldn't want it any other way.
