One thing is certain, Kerogen should not overplay their hand. If so they will lose as well; the anti shale brigade will bang their drums stating UK shale is now owned by Chinese investors.
Best thing for Kerogen is to give a new loan for low interest percentage to AJL. Stock price will compensate them for lower interest....
