Or alternatively stop alluding to private conversations you may or may not have had with management. If they have responded to your questions by email then copy and paste the email up here and let everyone make their own interpretation of their response.
If the company has genuine concerns about what is being reported in the media or discussed on public forums then they should address that via a public statement.
