FLT would surely have announced or gone TH too wouldn't it if that was the case.
My hopes are raised for an overseas deal after the point raised by Upsndowns.
PS it is not relevant what the share price does immediately. Really (unless you want to trade out).
The key for me is to see that NOR has done a deal that brings

- Profit
- Exposure
That is the ONLY way to build a proper business and therefore a base for whatever the share price will be.
- Clients
- Revenue
- Profit
- Dividends
Until today NOR was a potential good company
Hopefully this deal helps it realise its potential.
