Basically I've definitely made it into the naughty list hassling the Co. Sec. as much as I previously had.
I know that Merchant Opportunity fund have been buying (as do all) and they note the following as part of the previous holdings during 2nd half of 2015.
The MOF maintains current holdings in the following industries – Medical Cannabis, Biotechnology, Pay Day Lending, Gold, Offshore Processing, Consumer Goods, Media, Coal and Information Technology.
I can't see Oil and Gas listed anywhere.
Their investment equal to about $200,000. They own 5% of BRK and apparently BRK is Oil and Gas.
Go figure....
