I paid up for the conversion into shares on the weekend.
I think very few people would be daft enough not to convert the options.
So I my (rhetorical) question is why is the company paying an underwriter for something that is going to happen? Lack of confidence?
Today's turnover looks like some sort of manipulation or people getting set - given the announcement I think it is the former rather than the later.
