M20, being the oppie specialist. Won't they have to offer a minimum purchase price for the shares?
ie. yesterday's price of 0.5 cents plus conversion so therefore 1.5 cents. per share?
This deal didn't just happen today...
Recent half yearly highlighted 1 mil in cash and as Loki has just said, therefore just shoring up the cash position.
On another note - can anybody highlight similar underwriting of options that I could review.
