Think you will find a 3b can still be released while in TH and they are unrelated. They pertain to the issuance of shares from options converting in recent times and the company is obliged to release these announcements regardless of trading status.
Glad you started trading AZY in 2013 but I am really not sure what difference that makes to your understanding of Trading Halts. The announcements we have seen are not related to the announcement to come.
