can someone fill me in on how this process will work?
will they acquire the options at the current price of .9c then convert at 1c (implying a 1.9c per share cost).
or simply agree to convert a set amount of expired options up to x value so only be paying 1c per share? or am i just misunderstanding this... or is this info something that will have to wait till the announcement?
cash is good for the company of course but if they get heavily discounted shares no doubt it will result in dilution?
