nah should open around 2.4c it can gap up or down, but unlikely people will sell until they know
1. how much is being raised
2. the reason for the CR
3. and how much the CR will be issued at. could be 1c/1.5c/2c
it could be announced a few hours before open or could be right on open or just after.
at worst I think it could be gapped down to 2.2c
