Sorry to disappoint you, and apologies if already covered by other posts, the issue is "to professional and sophisticated investors" ... so unless you are classified as one of those, you will not be participating in the proposed offer ... you will simply be getting diluted.
I wonder if AUZ anticipate issuing additional shares to RIE, which have available cash to participate?
I am actually disappointed with the timing of the CR and it doesn't say much about the ethics and morals of the BOD of AUZ ... why didn't they wait for the assay results to be issued ... especially if they anticipate that these results will be great (as implied by the recent announcement).
Luckily I made some money and got out on Tuesday and the remaining balance yesterday.
