    REQUEST FOR TRADING HALT

    In accordance with Listing Rule 17.1, Unity Mining Limited requests an immediate trading halt on its securities (UML) pending the release of an announcement on a recent material development in relation to the proposed scheme of arrangement and capital return transaction.

    The trading halt is requested until the earlier of the release of an announcement or prior to commencement of trading on Monday 4 April 2016.

    The Company is not aware of any reason why the trading halt should not be granted.
