The company doesn't need any cash to tide them over for the short term so I see no other reason than this being the big one to get the plant built.
Management have been slow with negotiations in the past (eg; MtWebber deal with AGO took ages to get done..... meanwhile the IO price was going nuts) but I think they have learnt a lesson as the recent flurry of announcements show they are moving a lot faster to get this mine moving. After living the IO boom/bust they realise the Lithium love won't last forever.... and they don't want to miss another train leaving the statio
