It's not a presentation it's directly from the info given to sophs / instos today
I've had this verified by other sophs after seeing it posted here earlier in the day including most worrying the use of the funds is basically for working capital and more costs than expected for the acquisitions already done ( not new acquisitions as some people had hoped earlier in the day )
