A lot is made of Martin Despain coming from Intel and how it isn't just for the base wage, because he would be earning so much more back at Intel.
The reality of the situation is that the base wage Xped is paying is considerably higher than what Intel pays (possibly double) and Intel pays somewhat better than the industry average.
Add to that the significant share loan for 50 000 000 shares which quite feasibly could be worth millions of dollars, and I would argue that it is very much worth Mr Despain's time to join Xped.

I am happy to have someone at the helm of Xped that has relevant industry experience and contacts. I don't understand why we need two CEO's or Managing Directors (they are interchangeable titles) both on very handsome wages and the fact that a 30% bonus is going to be issued for one of them doing what should be a ordinary function of his role, while at the same time the Share Price is at less than 30% of its high.
