The worst case scenario is that the Vic govt ask for ALL of their money back from 2014-16. I think this is very unlikely, but they could ask for some of it back and we just don't know what the alleged details are and what the suspected breach actually is.
As holders with this stock being so illiquid, we have really no choice but to hang in there.
