Seadog note Sonand already wrote down SHI with last halfs big writedowns. Off top of head he wrote it down from circa 23-24M that the empire building egotist twins paid for it to circa 16-17M. So anything above that level will be a profit on sale in this year's accounts.

Sonand no slouch, tone of crown's letter says lot more about them than it does about surfstitch. Smacks of frustration, angst and a bit of desperation of a legal adversary and worse still a spurned suitor - and one that fears more than anything else sonand's ability to turn the ship around and put it out of reach.
