Sonand no slouch, tone of crown's letter says lot more about them than it does about surfstitch. Smacks of frustration, angst and a bit of desperation of a legal adversary and worse still a spurned suitor - and one that fears more than anything else sonand's ability to turn the ship around and put it out of reach.

Wasting their time sending that rubbish to Sonand. Unless the business is a basket case 20c is a waste of time. 10% isn't enough to make you special.

Its a tough turnaround, but they always are, and if anyone can Sonand can, he has done it a few times before.
