Yesterday would have been better for that,,, but I lean towards that as a strong possibility regarding timing..
Early signs showing though that the market could pick up today, and a return to 2.6 could have been possible (early speculation on my part).
Which is now halted...
Either way I think the announcement content will be more important than the timing..
