Hi Insaf I dont believe we will have a CR unless its Beneficial to the Share Holders,,,the plan is to Jorc up Minimum 5 mil enter into either a JV or Offtake to create funding for a Mine and proving up the other Tenements will occur at the same time as we mine both our Seymour and Graphite Tenement , funding will come from the off take deal. I also expect us to acquire more prospective leases along the way....
the last thing our company wants is Share Dilution ......their is a specific reason behind this .......cheers
