It is not that I don't think Boyle has the capacity to take it to the next step, I just haven't seen him be part of a company he has. So I deal with knowns - he is a gun at networking and raising capital during the exploration phase. The rest is unknown but as this is determined by the results matching any hype, if adv assets deliver he could very well prove to take it to the next step. This is where I like our new recruit. It doesn't mean Boyle is moved on but becomes more specific in his role and another position created.
