It doesn't say much at all in relation to Inca:
"The shares of Australia's Inca Minerals will resume trading on the Australian Securities Exchange (ASX) on Monday following a trading halt request pending the release of a capital raising announcement, a securities filing said.
Inca Minerals has the Riqueza zinc-silver project in Peru."
