There lies your answer in regard to the change of top twenty shareholders and possibly the reason why.
And, as I wrote before as well while explaining how an SoA works, guess what...... it was a Scheme of Arrangement that surfaced or raised it's ugly head, not a full blown-out Takeover.
It is then clear that someone, contrary to others beliefs, was right once again. GO FIGURE!!!!
