it will be a low ball price in my opinion (maybe 20c) as the all our projects and infrastructure become derisked. I would do the same as whoever this bidder is - i.e. be opportunistic. To sell this company for any less than $1 in the new money would be a crime. I believe RC will do the right thing by his shareholders and realise the true value of the company for his long suffering shareholders. One thing is for sure though, a bid is a bid and we will re-rate post this and have the bid price +/- 20% as the new share price floor.
