Santos will want nothing to do with CTP, they are after all selling their dross, why buy more.
But but but, the Chinese would certainly be interested in central, look at the Singapore and main land Chinese connection with Jemena. As someone stated, why have a middle man when this problem and hit to pocket can be absorbed.
