At the moment, to me, I could claim that i received an email from IR stating the CR was due to "unforeseen customer acquisition costs".

Just let me be frank, if it turns out that we receive an announcement confirming your email comments, i will be the FIRST person to apologise for my ramblings as i am not shameful to admit i was wrong. - I do hope this day comes because if you are correct, it would be significant for the company.
