    Tend to agree except for the price of the raise bit. Since in TH we can speculate. I got a feeling, gut feeling, the price will be based on the last 5 or 10 trading days. There appeared to be some manipulation over the last two days in particular to stop the price going above 3c (hence my theory as to why it will not be based on 20 days plus as 3c on last 2 days won't do much to a 20 plus day average). All IMO
