Can't see how this will be bad the words strategic placement to me means helping the company with funds to go forward and strategically working together with a common goal, so it is more than likely a company like Wesfarmers or Incitec wanting a stake or a company wanting an offtake agreement or a large cornerstone institution wanting to help with funding or someone like Trevor St Baker who has recently shown interest in buying the hazelwood power station in Latrobe valley. it has plenty of brown coal. Either way if the wording is true it is not a normal placement to so-called sophisticated investors that will dump it for 20%.
