Well Rosenberg is stepping down so I don't see it as particularly unusual, many directors sell down upon leaving companies regardless of sentiment. He probably has work to do with his LinkedIn involvement considering they are pending a sale to Microsoft.
There is no reason to believe fundamentals have changed until we get another update. I believe they want to rev up sales before SFI + Pictometry commence their full partnership. I don't believe it's problematic for Nearmap as they sell their service at a lower price point and still have other differences. It's going to be at least a 3-5 billion industry in the US and Nearmap will be able to take a nice chunk of it regardless of competition.
