Usually the stock standard response to a speeding ticket is that the company is unaware of why there is the buying activity and that the market has been fully informed of everything. So I can only assume this isn't the case and that at the AGM and subsequent were planned price-sensitive announcements which would mean the stock standard response was not appropriate, hence the trading halt until those announcements.
