I'm betting that the lack of immediate response is more likely because the notification came after close on a friday night. They 're probably down celebrating at the pub.
The announcement actually says until wednesday or a response is received from A3D. 'Whichever is the earlier'. The letter also refers to a price and volume query from ASX. It's most likely just a speeding ticket.
Still hoping the cert announcement is soon though!
