In accordance with listing rule 17.1, we request that a trading halt be applied to the shares of Red River Resources Limited (ASX: RVR) immediately pending an announcement relating to a Placement.
It is expected that the announcement will be made no later than prior to market open on Friday 2 December 2016. We request that the trading halt remains in place until that announcement is released on the ASX.
