This explains why it hasn't been allowed to run lately, it nearly got away from them yesterday when it broke that wall at .23c and then got smashed back to .215c. Disappointing as this should be north of .30c at current POZ but looks like we will have to wait longer so the usual back handers and mates rates can go through.
