I spoke to JH and JVR at the Mines & Money conf. today and they confirmed that the timing is completely out of their hands - they've had the numbers for a week and have submitted the announcement to the ASX - as it's the first scoping study under the new guidelines it's attracting a lot of ASX attention and has been passed up from Perth ASX to Sydney ASX and now onto yet another body - any delay is solely with the ASX and not MOD. But obviously the reasons aren't something you can put in an announcement!
