"The TH is to be lifted by Tuesday, but I seem to recall that' tomorrow/Monday is the day of the court hearing to decide if their is a case or not."

Who said this was the first hearing date? I thought this was just the date by which MZN had to file the particulars of their claim in the court (ie give KDR a copy of the guts of their argument).

Does anyone know when the first hearing date is set? If the claim is weak KDR might file a motion to have the claim struck out and a hearing date will be attached to that motion. If not there might be a directions hearing date already set, with the orders that were made for MZN to file the particulars of their claim.

If anyone knows what date it is please let me know as I'm interested in attending.
