i think for us holders (short or long term) its a positive thing. Super Ninja and his Chinese investors all sold out by the looks of things. This as some have mentioned has come from "left field". Im hoping that the Chinese investors now want back in and will pay the premium to do so, which will drive the price up. With 3 projects with huge potential now in the pipeline the sky really could be the limit.
Start up costs? if one of these takes off there will be no need for any further dilution as the cash will be there for the other 2 projects.
Announcement is very positive today IMO and the share price can only go one way. Upwards, with a rocket stuck to its ar*e!
