So what's the difference between a "capital raising" and a "material capital raising"?

I'm only guessing, but I expect the word "material" was used deliberately to indicate there is a definite use for the funds.

Capital H in their research report mentioned one of their investment reasons in ST1 was because of probable acquisitions.

I therefore expect this announcement might contain details of a possible acquisition, or they are getting prepared for one.

Again, I can only hazard a guess as to the capital raising price, probably about 2.7 cents.

It's a good buy.
