Please stop with the speculation about breach of NDA/CA. Louis has been around the block a few times and has run large companies previously. He would fully understand the implications of a NDA and would know what he can & can't disclose. The continuous disclosure requirements of the ASX would be new to him however and that may be the only issue & reason for the Trading Halt given what came out in the AFR article.
