I'm inclined to think it is less likely that there will be non disclosure agreement issues & more likely that they were ready for the announcement and leaked it this way to gain maximum exposure since people will give the story a lot more consideration with it being in the media rather than it just being a self promotion release.
It would have to be an extremely rookie mistake otherwise. Praying this is the big one otherwise our waiting game is going to turn into the crying game. 1hr 12 mins and 37 seconds in!
