Request for Trading Halt In accordance with ASX Listing Rule 17.1, Freedom Foods Group Limited (ASX Code: FNP) (Freedom Foods) hereby requests a trading halt be implemented with immediate effect in respect of all of FNP securities quoted on ASX. FNP is in the process of conducting a capital raising and is requesting this trading halt to allow sufficient time to complete the capital raising. FNP expects the trading halt to be in place until commencement of trading on ASX on Friday, 9 December 2016 or until its earlier announcement concerning the capital raising.
