in my experience, those participating in the CR have sold their shares (the reason for the fall) knowing they can buy back at a cheaper price..
Its a triple whammy for existing holders.. Firstly they are not "privy " to deals like that IE.. sell at 10 and be guaranteed to get same shares back at a lower price, secondly, when they sell it causes the price to fall, meaning that the CR becomes cheaper for them... the the third thing is more dilution,
I have been through this type of scenario on many stocks and have lost plenty of $$$ because of it..
Not meaning to downramp, but explain what I and many others have seen before ...
