I reckon it may be an in house deal with an existing holder or channel partner ... who else would buy in 4.5c a share when the SP is currently less than 2c. It must be a done deal already.
I wonder how much CP they are raising or going to get.
Eitheway its a positive announcement ... lets hope the significant customer is a big deal.
