    If there is a whiff of a type of cap raising deal IMO it won't be to retail, sophisticated or institutional investors. It will be to a cornerstone investor like Pak or someone similar who wants in on this project and is willing to front up cash to see things move as quickly as possible. Any more major cash injections to sticky handed key investors would be majorly bullish.
