    Couldn't have played this better to call the trading halt this morning when they did. Allowed for a 14% run up in the price which will allow the stock to appear on trading radars. Then the market gets to soak up the news today and over the weekend. Combined with Hartley's target price of 33c, IBG will doubtless roar out of the gates when the halt is lifted.
