Yes, could be in conjunction with Soph's....but the mention of "rights issue" means that holders will also be offered part of the raise - more than likely on a share offer to share held ratio. For example, you may buy X amount of shares for every Y amount of shares you own at $Z price.
Highly unlikely, based on the terminology in the Ann, that it will be purely a Soph raise only
