That is 20% of the register gifted to the brokers, to be allocated at the discretion of the lead managers. Then look at the 9M options at 30c, around 40% of the register to cap the price at 30c ...
If they get this IPO away, the aussie market are dumber than I thought

A cash sale would be ideal, but you can't rip fees out of that !
