Out of this IPO SOC receive zero benefit
The stock is escrowed for 2 years, meaning even an initial pump (goodluck) in the SP won't translate to a rise in SOC SP
A measly 2.25M shares retained, control of the asset gifted to GTT via the broker pool shares
Does this sound like asset stripping ?
Now you realise why even with a stellar Halls Peak intercept punters won't touch this
