honestly its not good and should of happened after a consolidation/split,

to explain it in a simple way at 0.002 the current market cap is 8 million
after this CR it may be 12 million at 0.002, imo with 4.2 billion shares on issue and raising at only 0.002 or 0.001, how many more shares will there be now, 6 billion @ 0.002 gives a market cap of 12 million with a bit more cash. is it worth a 4 million jump in market cap

also don't think 0.001 is the lowest the SP can go, many belive this but its not true, if CAD do a 10 to 1 split and you have a million shares at 0.002, you will now have 100,000 shares at 2c but if the SP falls down again it gets really ugly then.
